General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of YasFix services and website (www.yasfix.com). By booking a service, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. YasFix reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

2. Booking & Service Requests

  • Service requests can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • All bookings require accurate information regarding the service location and type of work required.
  • Service requests are subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
  • Emergency services are provided 24/7, but response times may vary depending on workload and availability.

3. Service Confirmation & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed via email or phone call.
  • Payments can be made via online transfer, cash, or card (subject to availability of payment options).
  • Service charges will be communicated before job commencement. Additional charges may apply if additional work is required on-site.
  • Full payment must be made upon service completion unless agreed otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 12 hours in advance without any penalties.
  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • YasFix reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including technician availability and emergencies.

5. Warranty & Service Guarantee

  • YasFix provides a 7-day workmanship warranty on most services.
  • Warranty is void if third-party intervention or misuse is detected after service completion.
  • Any additional issues unrelated to the original service will be treated as a new job and charged accordingly.

6. Liability & Damages

  • YasFix technicians exercise the highest level of care when delivering services. However, we are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage to equipment, structures, or appliances.
    • Any loss of business, profits, or data due to service downtime.
    • Delays caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, government actions, or unexpected system failures.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time.
  • Pets, valuables, and breakable items should be secured before service commencement.
  • If specialized parts or additional equipment are needed, the customer may be required to procure them or cover additional procurement charges.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information provided during booking is used solely for service execution and customer support.
  • YasFix does not share customer data with third parties unless required by law.

9. Promotions & Discounts

  • YasFix may offer limited-time promotions and discounts.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes arising from service use will be subject to UAE legal jurisdiction.
